Our credit repair facility offers a quick and hassle free service which enables customers to disregard their excess payment and protect their no claims bonus.

Whether your customer is claiming via their insurance policy for the repair element of their claim or utilising our credit repair facility, Auto Assist can provide a like-for-like replacement vehicle.

Vehicle Replacement

By allowing Auto Assist to provide replacement vehicles you will reduce your courtesy car fleet and diminish your administration costs as we arrange all aspects of hire including delivery and collection of vehicles.

Whether your customers vehicles are repaired or total loss, they will be provided with a like-for-like replacement vehicle from our own new and up-to-date fleet, which comprises of mainstream cars, prestige and commercial vehicles, taxis and motorbikes.

Account Management and Reporting

Our Approved Repairers have a dedicated Account Manager who will provide in-house training for your staff to ensure that the number of non-fault claims that are captured are kept at an optimum level.
